Yes! Our venue is equipped with heating and air conditioning in all main areas, ensuring your guests’ comfort regardless of the season.
Yes, we offer both! The bridal suite is furnished with mirrors, seating, and beautiful decor for a comfortable getting-ready experience, while the groom’s suite has cozy seating, mirrors, and even a TV for relaxation before the ceremony.
Our rental includes a wide variety of decor items, including centerpieces, signage, lanterns, table numbers, and more. We also provide tables, chairs, and several rustic and unique pieces, like wine barrel cocktail tables and a vintage couch for photos in the Gathering Room.
Each wedding package includes access to the venue from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM, giving you plenty of time for setup, your ceremony, reception, and a memorable send-off. We do ask our couples to have their last dance at 10pm so there is time to hug & kiss your guests good-bye and also to pack up your bridal and grooms suite. If you need to access to the venue earlier for hair & makeup please just ask.
Yes, event insurance is required for all bookings to ensure the protection of both our clients and our venue. You can go to www.eventsured.com or use your local insurance provider.
We welcome outside vendors! However, we recommend our preferred vendors, such as Graze Catering and Ice Capps, as they have extensive experience at our venue and provide outstanding service.
Yes, our rocking chair porch, main entrance, and parking lot are handicap accessible, ensuring all guests can enjoy the day comfortably. We also have two handicap accessible restrooms.
No, at The Barn at Twiggys, we host only one wedding per day. This approach allows us to focus entirely on making your wedding day truly special, giving you and your guests full access to our beautiful spaces without interruptions. We believe each couple deserves a relaxed, memorable experience, so our staff is dedicated solely to your celebration, ensuring every detail is attended to with care.
We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit to secure your wedding date because, as a boutique venue with limited availability, each date is unique and valuable. Once a date is booked, it’s reserved exclusively for you, and we turn away other inquiries for that day. This deposit helps ensure a commitment from both sides, giving you peace of mind that your special day is locked in and allowing us to focus on bringing your vision to life.
Yes, we have ample parking available for your guests! There’s convenient parking right by our building, as well as several designated overflow areas to ensure everyone has easy access to the venue.
We’re not an all-inclusive venue because we want our couples to have the freedom to choose the vendors who best fit their style and preferences. You’ll have the flexibility to select your own catering, wedding cake, DJ, and photographer. For added support, we also provide a list of trusted recommended vendors who are familiar with our venue and can help make your day perfect.
No, we do not provide a sound system as we leave that to the DJs. They come equipped with the latest state-of-the-art sound systems to ensure great audio for your celebration. We do require that the DJs bring their own microphones for both the ceremony and reception. However, we do provide electrical access for DJs to support both indoor and outdoor events.
We have 4 restrooms, 2 of them are handicap accessible.
If clients wish to change or enhance the table decorations at The Barn at Twiggys, they can have their chosen florist provide additional floral arrangements, candles, and other decorative elements to personalize the tables. This allows couples to tailor the ambiance to their vision. We will add wedding decorations to the tables like menus, timelines, or favors. Any extensive decorations will be completed by your florist of choice.
Yes, we offer a one-hour rehearsal to walk through the entire ceremony with the couple, their family, and the bridal party.
If it rains on your wedding day or if you prefer not to have an outdoor ceremony, don’t worry—rain is considered good luck! We offer an indoor ceremony option in our Gathering Room, providing a beautiful and intimate setting for your special day.
No, we do not offer a per-person rate. Our pricing is based on a venue fee that does not include food. Whether you have a wedding with 20 people or 175 guests, the venue is yours for the entire day, regardless of the guest count.
